Ben Franklin Plumbing is hiring a full-time Plumbing Apprentice in Scottsdale. This is an opportunity for a dependable, mechanically inclined person to learn a high-value trade alongside experienced residential plumbing professionals.

You do not need prior plumbing experience. You do need the work ethic, humility, and consistency to show up ready to learn every day.

## What You’ll Do

- Work alongside experienced plumbers on residential service calls, repairs, diagnostics, and installations.

- Help prepare work areas, protect customers’ homes, organize materials, and keep jobs moving safely and professionally.

- Learn plumbing tools, parts, safety practices, customer communication, and the fundamentals of diagnosing and solving home plumbing problems.

- Take direction, ask smart questions, and steadily build the skills needed for a long-term plumbing career.

## What We’re Looking For

- Dependable, coachable, and mechanically inclined.

- Comfortable working in Arizona heat, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with hand tools.

- Respectful communicator with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

- Construction, warehouse, automotive, maintenance, or trade-school experience is helpful, but not required.

## What You Get

- $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and fit.

- Full-time Monday–Friday work, generally 40–50 hours per week.
