Duties:
Using Revit, design and prepare construction documents for plumbing systems in commercial, healthcare, life science, and educational buildings
Develop plumbing system layouts, riser diagrams, schedules, details, and specifications
Select mechanical equipment and perform design calculations
Review shop drawings and submittals
Coordinate plumbing system layouts with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines
Requirements:
AAS degree (mechanical discipline a big plus)
3+ years of plumbing design experience
Revit proficiency
AutoCAD skills
Salary: $80-180K
