Plumbing Installer

Plumbing Installation: Residential work ONLY. Good hands. Steady work. A company that keeps you busy.

Our top performers earn between $45K-$90K+ per year. We pay training rate, and then commission based on productivity.

Goettl has been in the business since 1939. We do things The Right Way, Not The Easy Way® — and that standard starts with every install. We're not looking for shortcuts. We're looking for plumbing installers who know the work, do it clean, and want a company that keeps them busy, pays them fairly, and has the tools and support to back them up. No sales pressure. Just solid work and steady hours.

Why Goettl:

• Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
• Company vehicle + tools provided — no out-of-pocket expenses
• No sales pressure — your job is to install it right, not sell it
• Weekly paid training — we invest in your craft
• Work alongside experienced crews who take the trade seriously
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
• Weekly pay

What You'll Do:

• Install complete residential plumbing systems — water, drain, waste, venting, and fixtures
• Solder copper, run PEX A and PEX B, and service DWV systems to code
• Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, and water treatment systems
• Leave every job site clean, professional, and documented — photos, signatures, records
• Keep your truck stocked and your tools inspection-ready
• Meet Goettl's picture-perfect installation standard on every job

What We Need:

• Experience with residential plumbing installation — pipe, fixtures, water heaters, drain systems
• Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license
• Able to pass background and drug screen
• Reliable — you show up on time and finish the job right
• Comfortable with hand and power tools; soldering, PEX, and DWV experience a plus

If you do quality work and want a company that respects that — this is worth your time.
