JOB DESCRIPTION |

| Role and Responsibilities - Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewage systems.
- Respond to plumbing service calls such as clogged drains, leaking faucets, running toilets, and water pressure issues.
- Perform preventative plumbing maintenance to avoid future issues, including cleaning drains and checking water heaters.
- Install plumbing fixtures and systems as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair broken or faulty plumbing systems, including underground piping and connections.

| Qualifications and Education Requirements - Basic set of hand and electric tools
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Comfortably utilizing a smart phone
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside of regular business hours.
