You may sometimes need to be on call, or work evenings, nights, or weekends, depending on the needs of the business.Each day, you will lead and support our plumbing technicians and field crews. You will help hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to make sure we always have the right people on the job. You will plan and organize plumbing projects for homes, businesses, or industrial sites, making sure work is done on time and within budget. Your day will also involve checking that all work meets safety rules and local codes, and fixing any problems that come up. You will keep track of tools, materials, and equipment, and make sure company vehicles are ready to use. You will talk with customers, handle any issues, look over estimates and bids, and help bring in repeat and new business.
