Plumbing Project Manager

Dallas, TX | Full Time, Permanent | $100,000 to $135,000

gpac partners with well established commercial plumbing and mechanical contractors in the Dallas and Fort Worth market working on commercial and industrial projects.

About the Role

The Plumbing Project Manager leads commercial and industrial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Own budgets, cost control and forecasting

• Build and maintain project schedules

• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and pay applications

• Coordinate field leadership, subcontractors and vendors

Required

• 5+ years of plumbing or mechanical project management experience on commercial or industrial projects

• Strong job costing and change order skills

• Ability to read plumbing drawings and specifications

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• OSHA 30

• Experience with project management software

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000 to $135,000, based on experience
