Build and Lead an Outstanding Plumbing Service Team
Aaron Services is a family-owned company serving North Atlanta homeowners for decades. Known for honest service, quality workmanship, and thousands of 5-star reviews, we’re seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to develop our technicians and strengthen our residential plumbing department.
Experience in residential service plumbing and/or managing a residential plumbing service department is required.
This role combines field leadership with operational management. You’ll coach technicians, review performance, improve training, and build systems that support consistently excellent service.
Success is measured by your technicians’ improvement, their adherence to best practices, and the department’s performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop plumbing technicians through ride-alongs, field coaching, onboarding, training, and mentorship.
• Improve diagnostics, technical skills, customer communication, professionalism, documentation, and presentation of repair options.
• Review jobs to ensure quality workmanship, appropriate pricing, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Review KPIs, estimates, invoices, and callbacks to identify coaching opportunities and improve conversion, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop technicians.
• Build clear processes and a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and leadership to improve scheduling, communication, and efficiency.
• Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and ownership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Substantial experience performing residential service plumbing and/or managing a residential plumbing service department.
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, service workflows, and customer expectations.
• Ability to coach technicians, build positive relationships, and hold people accountable.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review KPIs, estimates, invoices, and technician performance using ServiceTitan
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Georgia Journeyman or Master Plumber license, or qualifications and willingness to obtain one within your first year.
• Leadership, training, mentoring, or management experience in residential service plumbing.
• ServiceTitan experience.
