Job Details

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will perform Service, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair work across Commercial and Multifamily properties. This is a hands-on service position focused on diagnosing Plumbing and Piping issues, completing repairs, and providing quality service to existing customers.

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of Plumbing, Mechanical, Skilled Trades, or related Field experience
• Experience with Plumbing Service, Maintenance, Repair, or Installation
• Knowledge of Piping Systems and common Plumbing repair techniques
• Ability to perform Pipe Sweating and related Piping work
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose Plumbing system issues
• Ability to read Blueprints, Schematics, and Technical Documents
• Comfortable using Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Testing Equipment
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to customer sites throughout the region

NICE TO HAVE:

• Apprentice Plumber or Journeyman Plumber License
• Commercial or Multifamily Plumbing experience
• Experience with Warranty or Contract Service work
• Experience working independently on Service Calls
• Basic HVAC or Electrical knowledge
