As a Plumbing Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You'll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

This role is based in Mesquite, Nevada and serves the surrounding area. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options
• Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements

Salary Description

$20-30 DOE
