Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages.
• Follow all steps of service to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Prepare drinks according to recipe standards and maintain knowledge of drink names, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of wines, specialty beverages, and menu descriptions.
• Ensure bar stock is maintained at appropriate levels and complete daily inventory.
• Verify all guests are at least 21 years of age and sell beverages responsibly.
• Maintain smooth communication between bar and server requests.
• Complete all side work as outlined in the manual and assist with tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines for a clean and orderly service area.

Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Enthusiastic about the 21c brand and exhibits strong beverage knowledge.
• Must pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.
