PM/Estimator

PM/Estimator, Jacksonville, FL

A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking a PM/Estimator to bid and manage commercial projects.

What you'll do:

• Perform takeoffs and prepare competitive bids for framing and drywall
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes
• Manage awarded projects, including schedules, submittals, and RFIs
• Process change orders and pay applications
• Coordinate with general contractors and field leadership

What you bring:

• 5+ years of commercial drywall estimating and/or project management
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
• Strong knowledge of metal stud framing and drywall systems
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
