**Job Title: PM Line Cook**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a PM Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and executing high-quality dishes during our evening service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and the mise en place for the evening shift.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Receive and properly store kitchen supplies and deliveries as needed.
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials through creative culinary input.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure kitchen environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.
