PM Prepcook

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

• Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients for daily service
  
• Cut, portion, label, store, and organize ingredients according to kitchen standards
  
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality and portioning
  
• Keep the prep station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
  
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  
• Manage multiple prep tasks and prioritize work efficiently
  
• Communicate with the kitchen team and help other stations when needed
  
• Be willing to learn and cross-train in different kitchen departments
