Pm Cook - Hilton Garden Inn-Shoreview, MN
Schedule: 5 days| 4:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM
Pay: $19–$23 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to express your passion in creating meals for guests to enjoy. You will work alongside a team of energetic and hard-working chefs who are focused on providing a memorable dining experience. This role includes preparing food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and cooking dishes to delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to established recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist with prep work, cooking, and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service.
- Support management in training new staff when applicable.
- Communicate inventory needs and operational concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of six months to one year experience in a full-service, high-volume kitchen, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SERV-Safe certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for the entirety of your shift.
- Punctual and consistent attendance.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
