Description Our Denver, CO office has an exciting opportunity for an Inspection Sales Representative. In this challenging and rewarding role, the responsibilities will include generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships by promoting fire inspection, testing, and maintenance services. This role focuses on helping businesses remain compliant with local fire codes and safety regulations while ensuring their fire protection systems are properly inspected and maintained.

Job Responsibilities This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed. Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and implement a sales plan business plan for the assigned territory, identifying key prospects, opportunities, and selling strategies needed to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and quotas.
• Promote and sell various service offerings to end-users of fire alarm and fire protection equipment in an assigned geographic or vertical market.
• Establish contact with prospective customers and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, lead follow-up, and utilizing outlined marketing strategies.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to meet those needs.
• Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers and internal support personnel that will achieve results.
• Identify and pursue new customers who require fire and life safety inspection services. Leverage existing customer base by offering add-on services and/or upgraded coverage.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience Prefer candidates with direct industry experience in low voltage fire alarm, fire protection, life safety systems.

• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven sales track record of regularly meeting/exceeding assigned sales plans and quotas.
• Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player.
• 2-year College Degree Preferred or a minimum of 4 years direct industry experience.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers license and good driving record.

Compensation and Benefits Cosco offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure, company vehicle or car allowance, and full benefits package. Compensation will be aligned with experience, portfolio development capability, and performance.
