PMO Office Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Office Project Manager to lead multiple strategic projects across their portfolio throughout 2025–2026, driving process enhancements and cross-functional collaboration on enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, and integrated solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead multiple strategic projects within the broader PMO portfolio, managing timelines, milestones, and delivery through Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
• Drive process enhancements and digital transformation initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365), SAP, and integrated platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Operations, IT, Business Process Analysts, and Architecture teams to align on objectives and solutions
• Support process definition, customer journey mapping, and requirements gathering for CRM and ERP implementations
• Coordinate with architects and vendors on build-vs-buy decisions, solution validation, and cross-platform integration strategies
• Manage integration of complex systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Qlik, BI tools, and supporting platforms
• Champion both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting appropriate approaches for each project phase

Requirements

• 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience with proven track record on CRM and ERP implementations
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365), SAP, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across technical and business functions
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Energy sector (preferred but highly valued)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex integrations while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes
