ITTConnect is seeking aPMO Project Analystto work on site for one of our clients. This is a new position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the utilities business.
Location: Columbus, Ohio — local candidates required, or relocating immediately.

About the Role:
We are seeking a PMO Project Analyst to support a Data & AI portfolio for a major utilities organization. You’ll help project managers keep information organized, track progress, and prepare updates for business and technology teams.
This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys organizing details, following up on action items, and helping projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
Track action items, milestones, risks, and dependencies, following up with team members for updates.
Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and document decisions and next steps.
Help track budgets, invoices, and resource information.
Support project managers with day-to-day PMO activities.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or PMO support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to manage follow-ups and work across multiple teams.
