Requirements
- 10 years or more of project management covering scope, schedule, integration, vendors, risk, and communications.
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Project Online for building and maintaining integrated project plans.
- Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA and ERP enterprise implementations as a Project Manager.
- Experience with multi-year programs and high-profile vendors across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience in project governance, leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation, with PMP certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent SAP S/4HANA enhancement workstreams across integrated business systems and stakeholder groups.
- Build integrated project schedules with task-level deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Define governance structures, including roles, escalation paths, decision processes, and project sign-offs.
- Estimate project costs, forecast resource capacity, and allocate staff across project phases.
- Coordinate scope, timelines, and risks with system integrators, vendors, IT teams, and business owners.
- Maintain project artifacts throughout the lifecycle and run lessons-learned sessions for continuous improvement.
