Job Title :Sr Engineering Technician - pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure test

All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible - Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:
•$1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
•$1k at 60 days
•$1k at 90 days
** to get 60 and 90 day bonus;
worker must have received 14 day bonus.

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician with experience in pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure testing, hydraulic testing, and valve testing. This role is crucial for improving efficiency and establishing standard production rates in various operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure testing.
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience in turbomachinery, vapor cycle refrigeration systems, and compressor testing in a lab environment.
• EPA refrigerant license preferred.
• Prior work experience in the industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Ability to plan and accomplish goals independently.
• Creativity and latitude in problem-solving.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency.
• Establish standard production rates for maintenance, production, and clerical operations.
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks and report to a manager or department head.
