Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Polarion Administrator / Engineering Applications Support Analyst to provide L3 production support and administration for Polarion and L2 support for Teamcenter and related engineering applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Polarion administration, ALM/PLM applications, Teamcenter, user and access administration, incident management, troubleshooting, scripting/automation, and operational reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8+ years of experience in application support, engineering applications, PLM/ALM, or related IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Polarion Administration and L3 Production Support.
• Strong experience supporting Polarion ALM in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter and related engineering applications.
• Experience with user administration, access management, application configuration, and permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution experience.
• Experience with problem management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience testing and validating application updates, fixes, patches, and enhancements.
• Basic scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational reports.
• Ability to work in a ticket-driven AMS/support environment.
• Ability to provide application support during AME business hours.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide operational administration and L3 production support for Polarion.
• Provide L2 support for Teamcenter and other engineering applications as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues.
• Perform user administration, access management, and minor application configurations.
• Test and validate fixes, application updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Provide minor scripting and automation support.
• Develop and deliver operational and support reports.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Coordinate with global IT, infrastructure, engineering application, and support teams.
• Maintain knowledge articles, technical documentation, SOPs, and support materials.
• Create and maintain peer training and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide general engineering IT and desktop application support when required.
• Manage support activities within SLA and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
