Mural is partnering with a global leader in specialty chemicals and polymers to hire production talent for facilities across multiple states. This team formulates polymer colorants, additive masterbatches, and specialty materials that go into automobiles, packaging, appliances, consumer goods, and healthcare products. Their plants operate 24/7, and they count on dependable people who show up, work safely, and grow into larger responsibilities.

A day in this role

You arrive, suit up in PPE, review the production plan, and get to work supporting the line:

• Stage raw materials and move components where they’re needed to keep production flowing
• Package finished product, apply labels accurately, and assist line leads with changeovers
• Keep your work area organized and clean to maintain top-tier housekeeping standards
• Document basic production details and participate in team huddles, training, and improvements
• Follow established procedures and all safety, ISO, and EHS guidelines without compromise

Training and safety first

We provide on-the-job training so you can learn processes, understand quality expectations, and operate confidently. You’ll wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, and any area-specific gear) from start to finish each shift.

What you bring

• Entry-level friendly: no specific manufacturing experience required
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift and regularly lift up to 55 lbs
• Rock-solid attendance and reliability — showing up consistently is essential
• Comfort working in an industrial setting with dust, chemical exposure, and required PPE
• Basic computer/documentation skills are a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to Massillon, Ohio

Schedule and pay

Competitive hourly rate. 1st shift, Monday–Friday. Location: Massillon, Ohio (Stark County, near Canton).
