Polymer Synthetic Chemist

Job Description:

• Demonstrated track record in designing and synthesizing custom polymers for medical device or pharmaceutical use.
• Proficient with various polymer synthesis methodologies, especially in producing polyoxazoline (POx) derivatives via cationic ring-opening polymerization and related techniques.
• Hands-on experience in scaling polymer synthesis from laboratory to pilot level.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial research is required.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
• A demonstrated ability to innovate independently and thrive in collaborative settings.
• Diligent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and lab safety.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
