Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool area to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests at all times
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture, loungers, and umbrellas throughout the day
• Greet guests, assist with towel service, and fulfill poolside requests promptly
• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas
• Assist with poolside food and beverage service as needed
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, pool service, or a guest-facing role preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in Miami's heat
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
• Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
