Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
• Excellent knife skills
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment
• Properly execute recipe procedures
• Prepare a variety of foods
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up station
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guests safety
• 1 year cooking and restaurant kitchen experience
• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
