About the Role:
Rocky Mountain Portables is looking for a hardworking and reliable Portable Restroom Operator to join our growing team in the Boise / Nampa area. This is a hands-on, route-based role where you'll play a vital part in keeping job sites, events, and communities clean and sanitary. If you take pride in a hard day's work and enjoy being out on the road, this could be the perfect fit for you!



Responsibilities:

• Service, clean, and sanitize portable restroom units on assigned routes
• Deliver, set up, and remove portable restrooms and restroom trailers at job sites and events
• Operate a service truck to transport waste to approved disposal facilities
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during on-site visits
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and DOT compliance standards

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous route service, waste management, or similar field experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
