Porter Janitor

Description of the role:

The Porter/Janitor at Milea Auto Group is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization within company facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Perform maintenance tasks such as light repairs and painting
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Assist with moving vehicles as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance role preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina and dexterity for tasks such as lifting and bending
