Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on business needs.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Porter to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. This position will support general facility needs, furniture assembly, workplace setups, inventory, shipping/receiving, and other daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and maintain organized work areas and breakrooms.
• Assemble desks, chairs, shelving, cabinets, and other furniture using hand tools.
• Assist with office moves, workspace setups, and facility projects.
• Restock workplace and breakroom supplies and monitor inventory.
• Support shipping, receiving, and organization of deliveries and storage areas.
• Assist with meeting and event setup and breakdown.
• Perform basic cable management and help maintain safe, clutter-free workspaces.
• Respond to facility requests and assist with basic maintenance needs.
• Work with team members and vendors to complete workplace projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with facilities, furniture assembly, maintenance, moving, warehouse, or similar hands-on work preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift and move boxes, furniture, and equipment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
