EXPERIENCED PORTER / MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN – HOUSTON, TX

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Porter / Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community in Houston, TX. We are looking for a qualified, dependable candidate who can hit the ground running with minimal training.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous apartment/multifamily experience REQUIRED
• Make-ready / apartment turn experience REQUIRED
• Experience completing work orders and unit turns
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC
• Must be able to complete make-ready work efficiently and with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced apartment environment
• Must be available to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete apartment make-ready turns
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs
• Paint, patch, repair, and replace fixtures/hardware
• Complete work orders and maintenance requests
• Assist with grounds, trash, common areas, and overall property upkeep
• Ensure vacant units are clean, repaired, and move-in ready
• Maintain a professional and productive work environment
