Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, this position performs apartment make-ready duties, basic repairs, groundskeeping, cleaning, pool maintenance, and other tasks based on the property's needs. This is a full-time, physically active position that may involve prolonged standing and walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, and working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
