Position Overview

Portfolio Insights Analysts support investment teams and portfolio managers by analyzing fund and portfolio performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform investment and business strategy. The role blends quantitative analysis, market research, and reporting to optimize portfolio outcomes and enhance strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, fund metrics, and asset allocation across investments

• Conduct in-depth analysis of portfolio companies, funds, and market trends

• Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for portfolio insights

• Support performance reporting, P&L analysis, and risk exposure monitoring

• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for investment committees, senior leadership, and investors

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong understanding of portfolio management, investment performance metrics, and financial modeling

• Advanced analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing insights, reports, and presentations
