  • License: Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required; regular local travel to properties.

What We Offer:
Compensation:
The starting range for this position is $4,244 - $4,644 per month (equivalent to steps 1 - 3 on the HAJC salary schedule, depending on experience and qualifications).  The full salary range for this role extends up to $5,581 per month (Step 7).
Benefits:
  • Excellent Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance
  • Retirement Security: Oregon PERS + optional deferred compensation
  • Time for You: Generous paid vacation, sick leave, 11 holidays + 1 floating holiday
