IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will lead a critical cybersecurity compliance program within a highly regulated, enterprise IT environment, partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery and readiness outcomes. This is a great fit for a proven program leader who thrives in governance-heavy workstreams, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination in industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, or government-adjacent environments.
Position Overview for the Program Manager:
- Provide US-based program leadership and PMO oversight for CMMC-related delivery and the associated project portfolio.
- Drive governance routines including RAID management, dependencies, change control, delivery assurance, and executive updates.
- Lead audit and certification readiness activities including compliance reviews, readiness assessments, and documentation quality controls.
- Manage resource planning and capacity forecasting across project, BAU, incident, change, and service request priorities.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication through governance packs, status reporting, escalation management, and cross-functional facilitation.
Requirements for the Program Manager:
- Proven Program, Project, or PMO leadership experience within complex IT environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior customer stakeholders, executive reporting, and governance forums.
- Hands-on experience with RAID, change control, dependencies, delivery assurance, and cross-team coordination across distributed teams/time zones.
- Experience preparing for audits, compliance reviews, readiness assessments, or formal certification activities.
- Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
