Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
" Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
" 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance, preferably in Banking and Financial Services.
" Proven experience managing a CxO-level portfolio across multiple programs, projects, and technology workstreams.
" Strong financial management skills covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
" Experience maintaining an integrated portfolio view of scope, investment, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes.
" Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable portfolio plans and recommend funding, capacity, and sequencing trade-offs.
" Strong portfolio governance, risk management, executive reporting, and escalation capabilities.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Technology, Business, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
" Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced global environment.
" Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
