Description

• Coordinate a portfolio of operations and technology initiatives.
• Connect business priorities with technology planning and delivery.
• Help teams prioritize demand, manage dependencies, and establish ownership.
• Provide oversight across business, product, analytics, technology, and vendor teams.
• Maintain an integrated roadmap and coordinate technology readiness.
• Partner with business and technical owners to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Translate complex technical topics into business implications.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into a coordinated portfolio of initiatives.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap showing milestones and dependencies.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews and recommend prioritization based on business value.
• Oversee delivery commitments, resolve cross-team blockers, and escalate trade-offs.
• Align stakeholders on portfolio objectives, scope boundaries, and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Experience developing integrated roadmaps and managing dependencies.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with governance, decision tracking, and outcome-focused reporting.
• Working knowledge of technology delivery lifecycles and operational support models.
