POS (Point of Sales) Coordinator - IT Hardware Deployment & Store Technology Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Deployment & Store Technology Support Specialist to support technology initiatives across retail locations. This role is responsible for preparing, configuring, testing, deploying, tracking, and maintaining store technology assets while supporting both day-to-day operational requests and large-scale technology projects.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on hardware work, is highly organized, and has experience supporting enterprise technology environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within a large retail IT organization while contributing to critical store technology initiatives.
What You'll Do
As part of the Store Technology team, you will support hardware deployments and lifecycle management for retail store technology across North America. Responsibilities include:
- Process service requests and work orders using ServiceNow.
- Support steady-state break/fix requests for retail technology.
- Coordinate technology activities for Real Estate Project Delivery (REPD) including store openings, remodels, relocations, and Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests.
- Prepare and deploy technology for enterprise project initiatives, including the OMS BOPIS Printer Project.
- Build, configure, image, stage, and test retail technology hardware prior to deployment.
- Assemble hardware kits for store installations and technology refreshes.
- Receive, inventory, and validate incoming hardware shipments.
- Perform quality assurance testing on new and refurbished equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and verify equipment functionality before deployment.
- Manage asset tracking throughout the complete hardware lifecycle.
- Coordinate hardware refurbishment, redeployment, retirement, and environmentally compliant disposal.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset management systems.
- Ensure documentation and ticket updates remain accurate and current.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 1–3 years of IT support, hardware deployment, asset management, desktop support, or technical operations experience.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (preferred).
- Familiarity with hardware deployment, imaging, staging, and asset tracking.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including switches, routers, and wireless devices.
- Experience supporting retail technology or enterprise hardware environments is a plus.
- Comfortable lifting and moving computer equipment as needed.
- 100% onsite position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
