Hands-on experience in POS (Point of Sale) testing, installation, and rollout in retail or banking applications.
Collaborates with development teams on requirements, architecture, systems, integration, user acceptance testing, and product feature rollouts.
Experience working in a safe agile or agile environment with understanding of lab environments and different build types (feature, pre-prod).
Proficient in creating test plans and scripts, executing functional and UAT testing, and documenting test results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Understands business operational needs and processes, representing them effectively as needed.
