Required Skills: We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join a large-scale modernization initiative focused on enhancing customer loyalty and digital customer experience platforms. This role will contribute to the development of customer-facing web applications that support rewards, loyalty programs, and self-service experiences. You will join an established Agile team responsible for modernizing existing applications, improving scalability, addressing technical debt, and delivering new customer capabilities on an accelerated timeline. Responsibilities
Develop and enhance customer-facing web applications using React and JavaScript
Build modern, responsive user experiences that integrate with GraphQL services
Participate in application modernization efforts, including migrating functionality from legacy applications into new repositories and architectures
Collaborate with backend engineers, product teams, and architects to deliver new features
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, security, and usability
Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and code reviews
Rapidly onboard into an existing codebase and contribute immediately
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional front-end development experience
Strong hands-on experience with React.js
Expert-level JavaScript skills
Experience consuming GraphQL APIs
Experience working within large enterprise web application environments
Ability to quickly understand existing applications and contribute with minimal ramp-up time
Experience working within Agile development teams
Preferred Qualifications
React 18 experience
Full-stack development experience
Experience in retail, e-commerce, customer experience, or loyalty platforms
Experience modernizing legacy applications
Knowledge of application security best practices
Experience supporting web applications consumed through mobile web views
