Questcare Matrix, a division of Envision Physician Services, is looking for physicians for a rewarding and flexible opportunity in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Experience in an acute or post-acute care setting is preferred, but not mandatory. Questcare Matrix, a physician-operated post-acute care group, is focused on providing unsurpassed post-acute care and to foster long-term relationships with our partner hospitals and post-acute facilities. We strive to reduce preventable readmissions and provide the highest level of post-acute oversight available in the market. Details of the position:

• Productivity-based compensation plan with great earning potential

• Part time position - approximately 60-80 hours per month

• Locations in North Dallas and Plano area

• No APP supervision required

• Extremely flexible rounding schedule seeing skilled nursing, long-term nursing, and assisted living residents
