This role oversees a team of recruiters and partners closely with operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire qualified physicians to meet organizational growth and coverage needs. Develops and implements recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified hospital-based physician candidates, including but not limited to Hospital Medicine, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Critical Care, Pathology, and other hospital-based specialties.
