Post Closing Coordinator

ROLE IMPACT

Join a high-performing mortgage operations team to ensure the accurate handling, processing, and finalization of critical loan documentation. This role supports business continuity during peak periods and may lead to long-term opportunities based on performance and team needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process mortgage closing packages, including deeds, notes, and title documentation

• Coordinate with title companies to track, verify, or retrieve incomplete or missing documents

• Maintain accurate digital and physical records by scanning, filing, or securely disposing of sensitive information

• Follow up on post-closing issues or pending documentation to ensure file completeness

• Uphold confidentiality and data accuracy across all documentation workflows

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience handling mortgage or loan closing documents

• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive administrative tasks

• Strong attention to detail and document organization

• Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Document scanners and imaging systems

• Mortgage and title tracking platforms (e.g., Encompass, SoftPro, ResWare)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Secure document storage systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in a title company, mortgage lender, or real estate legal office

• Working knowledge of post-closing audit and compliance processes
