Job Description

Snelling Talent Partners is currently recruiting dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Post-Event Cleaning Crew at a major entertainment and event venue in downtown St. Louis!

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, event-based work and additional income.

Our cleaning crews play an important role in restoring the venue after concerts, sporting events, and other large gatherings.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect trash and debris from seating areas, aisles, and walkways.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned areas.
• Assist with cleaning concourses, public spaces, and restrooms.
• Help restore event areas quickly and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from onsite supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments.

Job Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or event cleanup experience preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for evening, overnight, and weekend assignments.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Reliable transportation to and from the downtown St. Louis worksite.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: Anticipated $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
• Event-based scheduling with shifts expected to be approximately 8 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
• Most assignments will take place after concerts, sporting events, and other major events.
• Additional shifts may be available following larger events.
• This is an as-needed position. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
