Overview
ABM Industries is seeking a Post Event Supervisor to join our team at Energizer Park Stadium in St. Louis, MO. This position is responsible for overseeing post-event cleaning and facility support operations to ensure the venue is cleaned, reset, and prepared for future events.
The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership to event staff, support quality and safety standards, coordinate post-event activities, and ensure assigned work is completed efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Schedule/Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Some Saturday work required based on event schedules.
Pay: $24 per hour
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities
Supervise post-event cleaning and support operations throughout the stadium.
Lead and direct frontline team members to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to verify cleanliness and operational standards.
Assign work tasks and monitor team performance during scheduled shifts.
Support training and coaching of team members on procedures and expectations.
Ensure equipment, supplies, and materials are utilized properly.
Communicate with site leadership regarding operational needs, staffing, and event requirements.
Promote a safe work environment and support compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with hands-on cleaning and operational duties as needed.
Complete required reports, checklists, and documentation.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in janitorial, facilities, housekeeping, stadium, event, or hospitality operations is a plus.
