SALARY: Starting at $19.00 per hour
LOCATION: TUALATIN, OR
SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Set up, operate, and maintain powder coating equipment and paint booth systems.

• Prepare, load, and unload parts on the paint line.

• Inspect parts for coating defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report production or quality concerns.

• Track completed production counts and prepare finished parts for assembly.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following established safety procedures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Experience operating industrial painting or powder coating equipment preferred.

• Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions in English.

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.

• Ability to work efficiently, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and handle production materials.
