Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist with installation and integration of solar panels, telematics systems, and tagging equipment
• Perform basic wiring and electrical work on large equipment
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of power system components
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards in all work performed
• Collaborate with senior technicians and learn best practices through hands-on training

Requirements: 

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a trade school or technical program (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
• Basic understanding of wiring, voltage, and electrical concepts preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Ability to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
