Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain an enterprise-grade Integrated Tenders & Contracts Management (ITCM) Platform using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will transform complex tendering, bidding, and contract lifecycle processes into a centralized, automated solution that improves efficiency, standardizes workflows, and enhances visibility across global teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Power BI, along with the ability to translate business processes into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop enterprise applications using PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps).

• Build a three-layer ITCM framework:

• Radar: Opportunity and tender pipeline management

• Workbench: Document repository, pricing logic, competitor intelligence, approvals, and risk reviews

• Execution: Contract performance, revenue, margin tracking, and operational metrics

• Develop applications supporting the complete lifecycle from Tender Bid Award Contract Execution.

2. Workflow Automation

• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for end-to-end tender and contract processes.
• Configure automated approval workflows based on Delegation of Authority (DOA) and tender values.
• Create notifications, reminders, and escalation workflows for approvals, renewals, and contract milestones.

3. Data Management & Integrations

• Design and maintain a centralized Dataverse data model for:

• Tenders

• Contracts

• Pricing data

• Competitor information

• KPIs and reporting metrics

• Integrate solutions with:

• SharePoint

• Microsoft Teams

• Outlook

• SQL databases

• Document libraries

4. Document Management

• Develop a centralized Document Hub for:

• Legal documents

• Technical documentation

• HSE/QHSE certifications

• Standard proposal templates

• Implement:

• Version control

• Access management

• Template standardization

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and PowerApps visualizations for:

• Tender pipeline tracking

• Win/Loss analysis

• Pricing compliance

• Contract lifecycle monitoring

• Revenue and margin analysis

• Build executive dashboards to track:

• Win rate

• Bid quality

• Tender coverage

• Sales effort metrics

6. Governance & Security

• Implement security roles, audit trails, and data retention policies.
• Support governance and compliance requirements related to legal, financial, and operational processes.
• Configure role-based access for business users including Sales, Legal, HSE, Operations, and Leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).

• Strong experience with:

• Power Automate

• Dataverse

• SQL

• SharePoint Document Management

• Experience translating business requirements into automated workflows.

• Knowledge of sales operations, tendering, bid management, or contract lifecycle processes.

• Experience building dashboards using Power BI.

• Understanding of approval hierarchies, pricing models, and risk management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
• Knowledge of QHSE, legal, and compliance documentation processes.
• Experience supporting sales operations, proposal management, or bid management teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance and document control practices.
