Texas State Optical on Camp Bowie Blvd in Fort Worth is looking for a Practice Administrator who loves growing a practice and can prove it with numbers.
This role is all about growth. You'll know our key metrics inside and out, report on them every week, and design and run the campaigns that move them. You'll work directly with the owner and have real authority to make things happen.
What you'll do:
- Track and report our key practice metrics weekly: patient visits, new patients, recall and reactivation rates, optical capture rate, average sale per patient, contact lens annual supply rate, and online reviews.
- Plan and run campaigns that grow those numbers: recall and reactivation outreach, new-patient promotions, seasonal optical events, and local community partnerships.
- Build our reputation, including growing our Google reviews.
- Coach the front desk, technicians, and opticians on the patient experience, scheduling, and presenting eyewear and lens options.
- Keep the schedule full and running smoothly.
- Measure what's working, cut what isn't, and bring the owner clear recommendations.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years managing a medical, optometry, or retail practice, with a track record of measurable growth.
- Strong with numbers: comfortable building reports in Excel or practice-management software and explaining what they mean.
- Experience planning and running marketing or patient outreach campaigns.
- A leader who can coach a team to hit goals.
- Optometry or optical retail experience strongly preferred.
What we offer:
- $60,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full-time, on-site leadership role with real authority to shape how the practice grows.
- Direct working relationship with the practice owner.
