ThePartner Development Manager, also known as a Practice Builder,is responsible fordrivingbusiness development,achievingsales targets,analyzing market trends, andidentifyingstrategicpartnerrelationships. This role focuses on developing andpromotingselling practices withkey third-partypartners andusingperformance metrics toevaluatepartner effectiveness.
You willunderstand,driveandachieve sales targets on centrally designed initiatives,utilizingglobal tools to promote local channel business.You will beassigned to active opportunities to acceleratePartnersales, support complexdealsconfigurations, andpricing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts and execute sales targets.
Drive adoption of portfolio-based, customer-centric selling practices across partner ecosystem
Analyze market trends andidentifypotential partners with emerging capabilities.
Develop capabilities and selling practices with priority partners.
Leverage performancedatato assessand improvepartner effectiveness.
Incubate businessand growrevenue for assigned products and solutions.
Collaboratewith external resellers, distributors, and HP Financial Services.
Select and segment partners, supporting their adoption, practice building, and certification intheir focus area.
Enable partners with value proposition, collaterals, training on their focus area, links them to technical support resources.
Co-sell with partners until theycanoperateindependently.
Education& Experience Recommended:
Bachelor’sdegreeis preferred but not.
Proven experience in business development and sales.
Demonstrated success in market analysis andrecruiting new partners.
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Experience in direct selling and stakeholder interaction.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficiencyin business development andachieving sales targets.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Expertisein marketanalysis, recruitingnewpartners, and onboarding them.Ability toleverageperformance metrics to assess partner effectiveness.
Digital fluency, including remote collaboration and AI-enabled sales tools.
New Technology and AI:Interest and confidence in adoptingnew technologies, especially AI, to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. Ability to quickly learn and apply digital solutions and use AI insights for smarter decisions and personalized customer interactions.
