We are seeking an experienced SAP consulting leader to build and lead a growing Functional Transformation practice focused on S/4HANA transformation, advisory, functional consulting, and AI-enabled process optimization.
This is a highly visible leadership role combining practice development, delivery oversight, customer engagement, sales, and team building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the SAP Functional Transformation practice across Advisory, Functional Consulting, and Forward Deployed Engineering
- Own practice strategy, delivery quality, utilization, hiring, and capability development
- Serve as executive sponsor and senior advisor for key customer engagements
- Lead senior customer conversations around SAP transformation, S/4HANA, and business process improvement
- Support sales efforts, including discovery, solutioning, scoping, estimates, and proposals
- Oversee ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions, selective transitions, and functional transformation programs
- Build and standardize delivery methods, templates, quality gates, and best practices
- Partner with delivery, managed services, product, sales, and finance leadership
- Define how AI is applied across discovery, delivery, documentation, and process optimization
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience
- 7+ years leading a consulting practice or large functional team
- Deep SAP S/4HANA functional expertise and ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion experience
- Proven experience building and scaling consulting teams
- Strong track record selling and closing consulting engagements
- Experience managing utilization, revenue, delivery quality, and practice economics
- Executive presence with CIO, CFO, and COO-level stakeholders
- Experience leading onshore and offshore delivery teams
Preferred:
- SAP certifications and SAP Activate / clean core experience
- Experience with RISE with SAP and selective data transition programs
- Experience working alongside managed services / application management teams
