Pay Range: $60 – $64.69/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable practice management frameworks, playbooks, and business-development strategies.
• Support business planning, pipeline management, and opportunity identification.
• Drive adoption of sales processes, engagement models, CRM systems, and planning tools.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and training teams to strengthen sales effectiveness.
• Coach leaders and associates on business growth, client retention, and business development.
• Identify productivity improvements and establish performance targets.
• Develop practice management resources and training content with subject matter experts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have; Practice management and business development
• Sales enablement and pipeline management
• Business planning and growth strategies
• CRM and sales-process adoption
• Coaching, training, and performance improvement
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience in practice management, business development, sales enablement, and pipeline management.
• Ability to develop business plans, frameworks, and playbooks.
• Experience driving adoption of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, coaching, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
