Practice Manager (Full Time )

POSITION SNAPSHOT

Site / Department: Schuylkill and Shenandoah Community Health Centers

Location: 1626 Mt. Hope Avenue, Pottsville, PA 17954-1302

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. No Holidays or Weekends

Employment Status: FULL-TIME

WHY THIS ROLE

Primary Health Network is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations at our Schuylkill and Shenandoah Community Health Centers. This role supports safe, productive site operations, builds strong relationships with providers, and helps maintain a positive patient experience.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

• Supervise assigned health center site operations and provide direct site coverage.
• Implement Network policies and procedures and communicate management goals for productivity, morale, and safe operations.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with providers.
• Perform daily front-office and designated clerical activities to support smooth patient flow.
• Enforce reimbursement-related front-office procedures.

WHAT WE"RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant (MA) certification, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.
• At least three years of healthcare or dental field experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Technological proficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
